Days 31–60
The PQL Engine
Map the behavioral signature of your highest-LTV customers. Build a 3–5 signal scoring model. Pipe product data to CRM. Define the sales-assist handoff threshold.
Output: Live PQL scoring model + measurable PQL-to-paid rate
Phase 3
Days 61–90
The Expansion Loop
Audit your four expansion vectors. Implement usage-based upgrade triggers at 80% plan limits. Test a reverse trial. Track Expansion MRR as a standalone KPI.
Output: Active expansion trigger + Expansion MRR as a KPI
