Who can join the referral program?

Any active ProductQuant customer in good standing. You don't need to be on a specific plan — if you're a paying user, you're eligible.

What counts as a qualifying referral?

A new B2B SaaS company that signs up for a paid ProductQuant plan via your referral link. The referral must be a new customer (not someone already in our pipeline).

When do I get paid?

Commission is paid NET-30 — within 30 days after ProductQuant receives payment from the referred customer. Minimum payout is $50.

What if I refer someone who churns?

No commission on customers who cancel within the first 30 days (trial/refund period). After that, you earn as long as they stay subscribed (up to 12 months).

Can I refer my own company?

No. Self-referrals, creating secondary accounts, or referring employees of the same company are not allowed. We check for this.
