- If the product doesn't give you the value you expected, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- No questions asked. No hoops to jump through.
- Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy (our payment processor) and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Consulting Services — Engagement-Specific Guarantees
- Each consulting engagement has its own guarantee specified in the Statement of Work.
- The Analytics Audit ($3,497) guarantee: If we can't identify at least 5 actionable improvements worth more than the audit fee, you get a full refund.
- Other engagements: Refund terms are agreed upon before work begins and documented in the SOW.
