Digital Products
- Digital products (toolkits, frameworks, workbooks) are delivered as downloadable files after purchase.
- Products are licensed for use by you and your immediate team. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the files.
- All purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record.
Consulting Services
- Consulting engagements (Analytics Audit, Focused Sprint, Growth LAB) are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
- The SOW defines scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees.
- Changes to scope require written agreement from both parties.
Payment
- Digital product payments are processed at the time of purchase via LemonSqueezy.
- Consulting engagement payment terms are specified in each SOW. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
- Digital products: 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product doesn't meet your expectations, email us for a full refund. No questions asked. See our full Refund Policy.
- Consulting services: Refund terms are specified in each SOW. The Analytics Audit includes a specific guarantee: 5 actionable improvements or full refund.
Intellectual Property
- Digital products: You receive a license to use the materials. Copyright remains with ProductQuant.
- Consulting deliverables: You own all custom deliverables created during your engagement. ProductQuant retains the right to use anonymized methodologies and frameworks.
- Pre-existing intellectual property (frameworks, tools, templates) remains ProductQuant's property but is licensed to you for your use.
Limitation of Liability
- Products and services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- ProductQuant's total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific product or engagement.
- ProductQuant is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
- Content on this website — including frameworks, case studies, and articles — is informational and does not guarantee specific business results.
Termination
- Digital products: Your license continues indefinitely after purchase (subject to these terms).
- Consulting engagements: Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice. You pay for work completed through the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
