What counts as a "location"?
A location is any tour starting point or operating base. If you run walking tours that depart from one office, that's one location. If you have separate offices in different cities (e.g., Rome and Florence), each counts as a separate location. Multiple tours departing from the same location count as one.
How long does it take to set up?
Most tour operators are up and running in under a day. The AI website builder generates your site in minutes from your tour descriptions. Adding your calendar, booking settings, and payment integration takes about an hour. Our team can help you through the process — onboarding support is included in every plan.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference. Annual plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. There are no long-term contracts on any plan.
How does the annual pricing work?
Annual billing gives you 12 months of service for the price of 10 — effectively 2 months free. You save $158/year on Starter, $358/year on Growth, and $698/year on Pro. Annual plans are paid upfront and come with the same 30-day money-back guarantee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Annual plans can also be paid via bank transfer or invoice for enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or multi-year commitments?
Yes — contact our sales team for non-profit pricing and multi-year discount options. We also offer custom enterprise plans for large tour operators with 20+ locations or unique requirements.
